We provide game server hosting and related digital services. Services are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on technical and operational conditions.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are under the legal age of majority, you may only use the services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
By creating an account, registering, or otherwise using 4Everyone services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
All services can only be purchased and rented using credits. Credits must be purchased in advance and are automatically deducted for active services.
Credits are virtual units with no cash value and do not constitute electronic money or a bank account. Credits cannot be exchanged for real currency and may only be used to purchase 4Everyone services.
Credits are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If a service cannot be paid due to insufficient credits, it will be suspended after 7 calendar days. If sufficient credits are not added within an additional 7 calendar days, the service will be permanently terminated and deleted, including all associated data. Restoration is not possible.
Participation is optional. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or abuse are prohibited. Rewards are issued as non-cash credits and may be revoked in cases of abuse or fraud.
Misuse is strictly prohibited. This includes illegal content, abuse of system resources, attempts to bypass security measures, and participation in DDoS attacks or other malicious activities.
DDoS protection is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee mitigation of all attack types or volumes. Downtime caused by attacks or mitigation measures does not count as SLA downtime.
We aim to provide a 99.9% monthly uptime target for our infrastructure. Any uptime values displayed represent objectives and not guaranteed minimum availability.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid within the last 30 days.
All game names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. 4Everyone is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable European Union member state, subject to mandatory consumer protection regulations.
